Frank Banfill is the founder and president of MaxPoint Ministries which exists to help individuals and ministries realize their full potential. Frank is the author of Maxpoint: Your Journey to Maximum Significance. He has spoken to tens of thousands of people and trained leaders across six continents.
Currently, Frank is coordinating community transformation and leadership development initiatives in Africa. He also mentors young and start-up ministries based in the U.S. and consults for organizations in the areas of leadership development, international missions, organizational development and non-profit management.
Frank has been interviewed on a number of nationally syndicated radio programs and regularly conducts seminars across the U.S. and abroad.
Frank is a former pastor and missions agency executive who now spends his time helping people and ministries reach their maxpoint--the place where they are making the greatest impact possible.
He has a B.A. from Liberty University, a master's degree from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, a certifcate of Strategic Organizational Leadership from Villanova University and currently is pursuing the Ph.D. in Global Leadership from Indiana Institute of Technology.
Frank and his wife Beth are founders of MinistryTravel.com, a leading provider of discounted international airfare for churches, missionaries and non-profit organizations. Beth continues to work in the missionary travel field as manager of missionary and church travel for Raptim Travel, the world's largest provider of humanitarian air travel.
The couple resides near Dallas, TX with their two children and have been married for more than 20 years.
